Happy Easter's Fool Day!!!

Hello gorgeously B-E-A-Utiful people. I know today is Easter on the new day of the month ( which I still think is the funniest shit in the world.), I wanted to write this little update on most of the things that have happened in the last couple of months.

1. Boom Tune Lounge has returned to the air waves on SCAD Atlanta Radio & this season is the Final Tour (on the radio). I can't believe we've finally come to this point in BTL were I'm ending the radio show!
2. Last two months I've been dealing with dental issues that required two operations in my mouth. One was a draining then the other was a root canal ( neither one was fucking enjoyable) I can safely say im all good now. 
3. All throughout the first 3 months of this year I ended up having to produce 4 short films for one of my classes and one of them was a film I directed! It's my take on the noir genre so sadly it was all in black and white(I liked the natural colors that was captured plus I just like seeing color). There's things I like about it there's many thingsI don't like about it, but here it is Hush from Andrew J. Etheridge on Vimeo.
   
4. If you've been following BluePrint you've probably noticed the lack of posts on Instagram and YouTube (it's been quiet for a minute) Because of all the production at school and dental issues I've just haven't had the time to work on anything worth sharing with you guys. Now things are starting to get less hectic I'll have more time to start prep for alot of BluePrint ideas.

I hate that I'm posting this image for a completely different reason. When I originally made this it was in the hopes I'd be announcing that I would be doing an interview with EOM, but now that's not the case. Instead this is to remember this absolutely brilliant man. I remember when I finally put a name to the amazing beats I heard prior from watching hours of JKFilms. When I listened to "Pike [Feels Good Outro]" for the 1st time It was the soundtrack to my summer. Everything from the beat to the tempo was flawless. Ever since 2015 I've been following his work listening to every beat he's ever produced transporting me to a chill meditative zone. For the last 2 years I've watched the music video of "Bump Bump Joint" on a regular basis just because his flow was that damn good (plus that puppet was hilarious). From the couple of conversations I was able to have with him he was nothing but kind and approachable. I'm truly sad that this ingenious beat master has left this world way too soon, but I'm happy he's left behind music that will forever keep being mad slick and mad premium. BLESS THIS MAN RIGHT HERE! This guy was minding his own business when he walked past me taking photos in the freezing cold. He suddenly turned around and struck a pose without me even asking. I'm trying to get my camera ready but as I'm doing that I almost slip on my ass.
