       7 hours left of 2016! Damn a lot happen this year. Everyone keeps saying that this year sucked & yeah it kinda did, but not completely. This year started on a shitty note for me & I thought that's what the rest of the year would be;shitty. After some more shitty moments (evil woman from Starbucks) things started to look up and this year has been such a great year for me. I've meet so many like minded people that I'm honored to have met, I've been part of fun projects being produced by great people & I'm so damn close to graduating. So let's all together appreciate the good that's happened, but also not forget that 2016 sucked ( come on you had to take the grandma from Halloween Town!) I had a great opportunity to get in on a special presentation of Disney's new flick Moana. After this sneak peak I'm fully on board to see this movie. The Rock is Killin it, Auli'i Cravalho' s Killin it & Lin-Manuel Miranda's music is definitely Killin it. Everything about it feels and looks genuine & authentic to the visuals all the way to the sounds. If you honestly know me you know I don't get excited about Disney (except Tron Uprising), but this presentation got me on the hype train. My favorite part so far was Grandma ( when the movie comes out this comment will make more sense.)

I was only able to take one picture but I'm really glad I got this. The couple in the photo walked right pass me while I was waiting for the bus. The funny thing about this picture is that it looks all heartwarming with the hands holding but these two where arguing all they way up the sidewalk in Korean and it had me rolling. A New Friend With Visions Like You

Sup everybody my birthday is in 14 day!(Just so you know)  Anyway here's something new & interesting.

       The tittle came from an Utada lyric from Tippy Toe. I like where this went, Colored the hair with pastel chalk(something I haven't used in a minute) and some color pencils. Took a minute for me to get used to the hair color but I got use to it.

     Theses where some drawings of Ronda Rousey ( I swear if you can't tell it's cool did these at the last minute) I did for my storyboarding class last year. The point was to do a straight likeness and then do an exaggerated version. I think Ronda is a fucking beast when she is in the ring so the pose she did made the ape exaggeration idea work. PoWER PuFF: BLOSSoM!!!

  If you don't know there's a new Powerpuff Girls series on Cartoon Network. I've seen a few of the new stuff and it's just not clicking for me. I grew up on the Powerpuffs back in the golden age of cartoons(yes the old mystical times called the 90's) and it's just weird watching it without the razzle dazzle that made the show a legend.
Anyways off the "They're Ruining My Childhood Train". I drew the most important Powerpuff; Blossom(commander and the leader).

She basically the Red Ranger of the three so she's the most important. Drew her based on the way Dustin Nguyen  did it for the Super Secret Crisis War cover because his shit is awesome.

A few months back I was in a Storyboard class and part of the whole thing wasthat we had to carry this big ass 11 by 14 sketchbook and draw 16:9 ratio storyboard panels ( I'm positive there's an easier way to explain that). Out of the 75 pages I did I only liked 50 of them and this is one of them. I think I was looking at one of Robert Valley's books when I had the idea to draw this guy.
