WE DA BEST!!!!

Sup whoever reads this blog!!! I finally posting a drawing on my blog instead of INSTAGRAM( Holy SHIT!)

I started this drawing back in September after seeing a magazine cover with Gina Rodriguez( she was in a swimsuit I might add) and I finally finished it this weekend. When I sstarted I had done most of her body and the swimsuit design. Then for 3 months I left her without a face and hairless.

I sstarted to get scared when I started drawing her face because I usually draw the facial features before I design the hair out, but this time I did the opposite ( thank god it turned out well.) I really like how she came out. Then I add the fucking bear for whatever reason ( can't even rremember why now).

A New Friend With Visions Like You

Sup everybody my birthday is in 14 day!(Just so you know)  Anyway here's something new & interesting.

       The tittle came from an Utada lyric from Tippy Toe. I like where this went, Colored the hair with pastel chalk(something I haven't used in a minute) and some color pencils. Took a minute for me to get used to the hair color but I got use to it.

MY Birthday is Next Month!!!!

Sorry that I've been M.I.A for so long. Been busy getting a whole lotta shit together for projects and tomorrow is the official start of some FILMING! For you lovely beautiful people here is a little something for my absence. 

     Theses where some drawings of Ronda Rousey ( I swear if you can't tell it's cool did these at the last minute) I did for my storyboarding class last year. The point was to do a straight likeness and then do an exaggerated version. I think Ronda is a fucking beast when she is in the ring so the pose she did made the ape exaggeration idea work. Plus I think a women who has the ability to kick my ass is turn on.

        Alright this could've been a lot better had I actually planned on drawing these two. It was a spur of the moment that was going one way then I magically said " Hey how bout I do those pics of Lennon and Yoko naked together." Storyboard Time Prt3

Did this one right after I saw Batman:Bad Blood(Good movie; Better than Batman vs Robin). Took inspiration from the Batman Year One cover by David Mazzucchelli. I really need to make these drawings a lot darker so you can see the little details.

PoWER PuFF: BLOSSoM!!!

  If you don't know there's a new Powerpuff Girls series on Cartoon Network. I've seen a few of the new stuff and it's just not clicking for me. I grew up on the Powerpuffs back in the golden age of cartoons(yes the old mystical times called the 90's) and it's just weird watching it without the razzle dazzle that made the show a legend.
Anyways off the "They're Ruining My Childhood Train". I drew the most important Powerpuff; Blossom(commander and the leader).

She basically the Red Ranger of the three so she's the most important. Drew her based on the way Dustin Nguyen  did it for the Super Secret Crisis War cover because his shit is awesome.

I'M BACK!!!

   SO happy to finally have time for my blog again(I didn't abandon you baby I promise). I'm finally out of school for the summer and I have over two months to get some cool shit done. Expect some regular content soon and maybe some heavy opinionated rants( I'm looking at you DC). Until then enjoy another storyboard.

Storyboard Time

A few months back I was in a Storyboard class and part of the whole thing wasthat we had to carry this big ass 11 by 14 sketchbook and draw 16:9 ratio storyboard panels ( I'm positive there's an easier way to explain that). Out of the 75 pages I did I only liked 50 of them and this is one of them. I think I was looking at one of Robert Valley's books when I had the idea to draw this guy.

      I like how this came out. I usually don't draw Disney stuff but after looking at Lauren Montgomery's old drawings on her blog I got inspired to see how my style as of now would translate for Ariel and I like what I see. The whole Iidea of someone falling in love with a person only after 3 day (in some cases less) and going off into the sunset is insane.
